Customer Question: Are Stains included in the cost of cleaning the carpet?
Stain removal can be quoted for but it is a separate job from cleaning the carpet, depends how long the stain has been there? if any other method has been tried before to remove the stain? and mainly depends on the make up fibre of the carpet? which can be tested on site.
Customer Question: How Long until the carpet will be dry?
Depending on the fibre of the carpet and how soiled it is, if it's a light clean then the carpet will dry in 2/3 hours if its a heavy soiled area like main walkways where more foot traffic would of made the area more of a heavier soiled area then a deeper clean will be required so a slightly longer drying out time will be required.
Customer Question: Do you need to use my water and electricity?
Generally we do require to use on site power and water but if this is not to your satisfaction then arrangements can be made to bring our own generator and water supply.
